Mandy Plus is a family-owned Iraqi kitchen on Wyandotte Street West in Windsor. Our name says it: Mandy, chicken marinated for 24 hours and slow-smoked until the skin turns crisp, served on golden yellow basmati with toasted almonds, fresh salad and our own Mandy sauce. On weekends the slow-cooked lamb shanks come out, and for family feasts we grill the famous Iraqi-style fish, made fresh to order.
