Our biryani is layered and steamed the slow way: basmati rice, yogurt-marinated chicken or tender mutton, fried onions, fresh mint and coriander. From the clay oven come chicken tikka, malai tikka, seekh kababs and our famous Bihari kabab; from the stove, butter chicken, karahi, slow-cooked nihari and creamy daal makhani, with naan baked fresh to order.
